STRANGLE / CHOKE DEFENCE

1) Attacker chokes from behind.
2) Thrust hips back to loosen the hold.
3) Drop bottom and sit back as to sit in a deep armchair.
4) Grab attacker's leg.
5) Lift leg upward, twisting if necessary to make attacker lose balance.
6) Lift leg to bring attacker to the ground.
